The IT team needed three things the old system couldn’t deliver: real-time access for law enforcement during emergencies, integration with Halo smart sensors for vape and environmental detection, and a less painful way to share video clips internally and externally.
The breaking point was access. “We had to provide the police with a link or some way to access our cameras, and we couldn’t do that through Axis. That’s when we started looking for something new,” said Gustavo Esquivel, IT Technician.
