US Orthopedic Partners (USOP) is a 10-practice orthopedic network of clinics and surgery centers. Randy White, USOP’s Senior Vice President of IT and security, set a simple bar for any system the network would adopt: “I always believe that a platform sells itself.” He was searching for a platform that worked across small clinics and large facilities alike, without ballooning cost or complexity.
What USOP had instead was, in his words, “disparate.” Some sites ran dated, hard-to-use systems; others had no cameras at all. Finding footage took too long for HR and operations, and IT spent valuable time helping teams dig up answers.
